Modern Kitchen Design
In this project maximum day light was desired to enter the kitchen area. A floor to ceiling vitrine plus an attached wardrobe has been placed just next to the column to cover it, as well as providing storage space toward the living area.
Inside the vitrine, there is a line light attached to the body, which is enough it self to illuminate at night like a lampshade.
Welcoming feel for this kitchen was very important, as the lady of the house would spend many hours of the day in there.

Private House Garden
The garden has divided to different parts due to variety of activities taking place, such as forest part for walking, fireplace part for gathering around fire, tennis court to do sport, watchman cabana for garden's guard living, spacious pergola part for gathering, swimming pool area for relaxing, eating and swimming, car park space and the villa part itself. All parts arranged in order to have access from necessary areas and be close to other relevant parts. Guard's cabana was placed at the main entrance, and the villa is place on the other side.
Corner Of Leisure
When there is not enough space for planting trees, it is wise to use borrowed sight technique. In this project large trees were available outside the yard, but they were visible from the inside, therefore, borrowed sight technique helped to the save space and use it for embed a small pool and other leisure parts.
All five human senses were considered in this design. All the ground covered with soft materials like thermo-wood and grass, that people can walk with barefoot comfortably. Wide steps with low rise are inviting and can be used for sunbathing and relaxing besides the water. The pool itself functions as a big jacuzzi and plus the sound of water-fall close to it, a musical yet relaxing atmosphere is created. To complete this leisure area, a barbeque for fast cooking has been located on the side.
