Renovation of two bedrooms flat from zero to hundred, ready to live in for a young couple. Due to the warm weather of Kish Island, light and airy color scheme picked, and for an attractive yet cold contrast, rich gray got placed on specific walls. All the furniture customized, designed, and specially made to perfectly fit in this small flat.
Living Room
There was a small space available for fit in furniture for living, dinning, tv watching and the piano, also a free path to the balcony was essential. Therefor the best place for the Tv was on the small wall next to the window-door and the rest of the furniture spread around this focal point. To save extra space, side table deigned somehow to be placed in the cavity of coffee table. Three low width blinds, create a larger view of the window than a single wide one.
Accessories
Plenty items were about to fit in this place. Some were part of the plan, and some were just memorials.
The best way to present them was to gather relevant objects in groups. Decoration techniques such as contrast, rhythm, harmony, focal point, and several proportion rules, were used to place all accessories in order, and yet look attractive.
Three odd number mirrors with rhythm, contrast in materials like glass and stone, small and big, short and tall, soft and rough and etc., were all part of this pretty arrangement.
"Happy family" of decorative objects, is what you can find here easily.
Kitchen Area
2 x 2.5 kitchen!
As you can see, with a contemplated plan, all the necessary utilities were well placed in this tiny kitchen in a stylish way. Fortunately, the wall width next to the kitchen, was the same as the piano, plus gray color which helped to separate the area from the rest.
Kitchen Counter
One meter counter, might be small, but efficient for this 4.5 square meters kitchen. The surface could be used as a work-top or a small dining table for two people. Three Shelfs on the wall, will add-up to the kitchen storage space, as well as a decorative look. White and strong gray, plus light oak wood, create an attractive contrast, along with their fresh and bright look.
